We are proud that our gardens at Portchester Crematorium provide solace and comfort to thousands of people every year, at a time when they need it most.
But did you know that you can help keep our gardens beautiful?
Each year, the Portchester Crematorium Joint Committee welcomes donations to its Garden Improvements Fund, and this supports the ongoing development of the grounds.
It is through personal donations that features such as the rock garden and pond have been added.
As you would expect, there is always more to do and current donations are being used to develop the landscape by adding new trees and shrubs to complement the existing scheme.
Our policy of providing a peaceful, uncluttered environment means we are unable to permit memorial plaques or personalised items. We do, however, very much appreciate the generosity of our supporters and maintain a register of all donations received.
Portchester Crematorium is a place where people come together, sometimes as families and friends and sometimes as a community.
So the next time you visit be proud…our garden is growing and it is thanks to people like you.
If you wish to donate by card, then please pop into our office, situated at the front of the main building, where a member of staff will take the card payment. (We are unable to take card payments over the telephone).
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please send an email to info@portchestercrematorium.org stating the amount you wish to donate, and we will send you an invoice containing the banking details.
Alternatively, you can complete the donation form and send in the post, and we will send an invoice to you in return.
